TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please return your order asap – this secures your order at the current price and most importantly a production slot will be allocated for the creation of your order

Please understand that every design is hand made some variations will occur

Please also note that design’s may vary slightly from initial concept to proof ( depending on time scale ) due to availability of materials

PROOFS

Proofs will be sent within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Proof reading is down to you the client it is your responsibility to check them carefully. Any amendments after approval will be charged accordingly. The proof must be signed and any corrections marked clearly and then returned to ‘Minxy Moo’ BEFORE your order can be made.

Your stationery will usually be ready 4-6wks for from return of proofs ( depending on current work load ) . If you require your stationery sooner please contact me for detail’s of the earliest production slot.

PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required at time of order and is ‘non-refundable.

If any order is cancelled all work carried out that exceeds the 50% deposit must be paid for.

An Invoice will be sent to you detailing the remaining balance which is payable prior to despatch of your order.

All cheques to be made payable to J.Seedhouse.

Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. Your deposit secures the price at the time of ordering.

DELIVERY

If possible ( depending on location ) I will try to deliver your order by hand otherwise delivery is charged at £6 per order ( if this is applicable all orders will be sent by courier service or special delivery which requires a signature on receipt ).

Once the order has been despatched ‘Minxy Moo Productions ‘ accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.

Finally please note that small items such as beads; sequins, feathers and ribbons are used in the manufacture of our cards which means that they are NOT suitable for children and should therefore be kept out of the reach of children at all times.
